Cardio is king when it comes to weight loss. Wednesdays are all about sweating it out and shedding those calories!

On Fridays we nourish our bodies with some stretching coupled with a cardio burn 🔥 , designed to increase overall health while increasing  range of motion and mobility.

It's all about endurance on Saturdays, where we push you to new heights as you train with a mixture of weights and cardio machines to achieve a massive calorie burn and set yourself up for an awesome weekend.
