We train different muscle groups every day. This gives you a targeted, efficient training program that reaps rewards faster!

You will be carefully guided on the floor by an experienced, qualified coach who will be aware of your goals and how to get there safely.

It's time to box! Our goal is a massive calorie burn using solely cardio-based exercises.  

 Our Spartan workouts are all about endurance, and then we wrap it all up with an in-depth stretch class!
